Let’s work out what it should cost
The self-serve plans are priced for teams that want to sign up without talking to anybody. Past a certain size that stops being the right deal for either of us.
When this is the right conversation
Any one of these on its own is enough. You do not need to be all of them.
- More than about forty seats
- A call centre, where the dialer is the product rather than a feature
- Several companies or brands under one owner, kept separate
- A procurement process that needs invoicing, terms or a signed agreement
- A trunk arrangement that is not a single SIP registration
What to put in the email
None of it is binding and a rough number is fine. It is here so the first reply you get is a price rather than a questionnaire.
How many people will be logged in
Concurrent agents, not headcount — a shift pattern of forty people sharing fifteen seats is fifteen.
Roughly how many calls a day
And which direction most of them go. Outbound-heavy and inbound-heavy deployments are shaped differently.
Whether you need automated calling
And if so, how large a list, and how quickly you want it worked through.
Who your carrier is
Or that you do not have one yet. We do not sell minutes, so this is a compatibility question rather than a commercial one.
Anything that has to be switched off
Some operations need recording disabled, or a feature kept out of an agent’s hands. That is configurable per account.
What happens next
One of us reads it and replies within a working day, with a price and a straight answer about anything that will not work. If a demo makes more sense than an email, say so and we will arrange one.
